FELDMANN

Adam Feldmann uses intelligent and sustainable design to improve the quality of individual buildings and the urban fabric, and meet the needs of specific users and the greater community. Since joining aA in 1998, Adam has led many of the firm’s award-winning market and social housing projects. He is Project Architect for the LEED™ Gold housing project that will launch the redevelopment of Regent Park. Nearby, he leads the team for Clear Spirit, a mixed-use project that will sensitively insert 823 units of housing and 11,000 square meters of commercial space into the historic Distillery District. His other credits include the modernist Spire Condominiums; the River Bluffs Condominium in St Paul, MN; and the Water’s Edge Revitalization at Harbourfront Centre.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, and has served as a Guest Critic at Waterloo and at the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture, Landscape + Design.
