Deni Papetti joined architectsAlliance in 1999 and was made an Associate in 2005. He has worked on a number of the firm’s residential projects, including MoZo and HOME, and was Project Architect for the award-winning Terrence Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research. Deni specializes in projects that require a high level of interaction with consultants, clients and other stakeholders. He is committed to all phases of his projects, from schematic design through design development, working drawings and contract administration.

His current projects include Block 31, an innovative mixed-use development in downtown Toronto that combines community housing, two elementary schools, as well as a community centre and City daycare. Deni is also the Project Architect for East Lofts, a retail/office/residential project near Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market, and lends his talents to the Waalpanorama mixed-use development in the Netherlands. Deni studied architecture at the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture, Landscape + Design.
