DIETER
NEITSCH


Dieter Neitsch has more than 25 years of experience with building types ranging from single family housing, through high-rise residential and mixed use developments, to institutional projects. Guided by a firm belief that excellence in design and documentation is rewarded with success in the built form, Dieter lends his expertise and commitment to numerous studio projects to help achieve this goal. He concentrates his efforts primarily in the areas of design development, contract documentation and administration. Successful projects include the Pure Spirit condominium, the University of Toronto’s Woodsworth Student Residence, and the Apex and Optima condominiums in downtown Toronto.

Dieter earned a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ryerson University, and continues his involvement with continuing education through his affiliation with the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s Syllabus program. He has been with architectsAlliance and its predecessor companies since 1991.
