GARBER


Mark Garber is aA’s Senior Project Director, with more than 15 years’ experience in Canada and the US on a broad range of residential, hospitality, academic and institutional projects. Mark co-ordinates the work of architectural, engineering and construction teams to ensure that our clients’ objectives are achieved on time and on budget. He is a problem-solver and consensus-builder who fosters co-operative working relationships between the members of the project team, while identifying best value solutions to the client’s strategic, technical and practical objectives. Mark has directed aA’s largest and most complex projects, such as the $350M Toronto flagship for the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, and the $100M Cairns Family Health and Bioscience Research Complex at Brock University in St Catharines, ON. He has also overseen the successful completion of residential and institutional projects including Gläs and the St. James Cathedral Archive + Parish Hall, as well as the $25M Bloor Street Transformation that revitalized Toronto’s major retail thoroughfare. Before joining aA, Mark oversaw preparations for the US$400M Harvard Law School Expansion, and managed mixed use development of North Point Parcels ‘S’ and ‘T’ in Cambridge, MA.
