Pierre joined architectsAlliance in early 2008 as General Manager and became Managing Director in late 2009. He provides strategic advice to the firm’s ownership and management as well as leading the firm’s planning, finance, HR, IT, legal and other administrative functions. Pierre is also helping the firm to further enhance its business development and project and quality management.
Pierre provides architectsAlliance with almost 25 years experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in a series of increasing responsibility front-line operational and administrative roles. These included senior positions as head of strategic planning for a federal government financial institution, member of the management team for a national management consulting firm, and General Manager with a national not-for-profit. He also led his own management consulting firm. Pierre has significant experience in restructuring, financing, human resources, performance management, international business, project and risk management and contract writing and administration.
Pierre holds a BA in Political Science from Carleton University and an LL B and MBA from the University of Ottawa. He has served in many volunteer and charitable capacities most recently as a Board member and Chair of the Governance Committee with a Toronto health centre.
