Adam has led many of the studio's market and social housing projects, including Clear Spirit and The Gooderham, which integrated new homes and commercial spaces into the historic Distillery District, and the Sackville-Dundas Apartments, sustainable housing project that launched the redevelopment of Regent Park. Adam was Design Team Leader for the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Athletes’ Village that became, post-Games, the Canary District: a 14.3-hectare community in the West Don Lands characterised by market and affordable housing, George Brown College’s first student residence, live-work studios, and a new YMCA community centre. Adam is a key member of the architectural team for The Well, currently under construction on the former Globe and Mail site at Spadina and Front Streets, and the redevelopment of Liverpool Commons, a mixed community featuring rental and market housing, a new public library and performing arts centre.
