Blair Robinson is a seasoned architect and project manager with three decades of experience in the design and management of high-rise multi-unit residential and commercial developments, recreation centres and entertainment complexes in Canada and the US.
One of a–A’s founding members, Blair has led design and construction teams for some of our most complex mixed-use projects, including the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, a new social and cultural anchor in the Bloor-Yorkville shopping and museum district, and ÏCE Condominiums at York Centre/16 York, a three-tower mixed-use development that is transforming the Rail Lands in Toronto’s new South-Core Financial District. Blair oversaw the George Brown College Waterfront Campus Student Residence, a key component of the Pan/Parapan American Games Athletes’ Village, and led the project team for West Block, a commercial and residential development that brings market and affordable housing to a waterfront neighbourhood in a heritage warehouse structure. He is currently serving as Project Architect for Sugar Wharf, an 11.3-acre redevelopment project that will bring new housing, office space, elementary classrooms and retail space to the Harbourfront precinct in 2022.
